What forms of payment do you accept?

Fiddlers Green accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and also accepts PayPal. When ordering, make sure that the billing address and ZIP Code match the credit card statement address for verification.

Typographical errors

Fiddlersgreen.com has a large and ever changing inventory of new and exciting golf items. On rare occasions, we might make a typographical error on an item. If a Fiddlersgreen.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will void the trasaction your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! To have an order shipped internationally, please contact the store and speak to one of our professional sales staff.

Can I use an International Bank Card?

Our current Payment Gateway is set up to only authorize valid US and Canadian bank cards. If you wish to make a payment with an International Bank Card, please place your order using the "Phone Order" button, and we will invoice you using PayPal. If you have questions, please contact the store.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes of course, we have customer service representatives able to process your order over the phone and answer any questions. Call us at (800) 548-5500 during normal business hours and we would be happy to help. 

If I have a discount coupon, Gift Card or promotional code, how do I apply that to my order?

Discount codes, Gift Card or promotional discounts are entered after you complete your shipping & billing address. The revised total of your purchase will be calculated before you enter your credit card payment method and confirming your order.   

What are the terms and conditions for a Promotional Gift Coupon?

A promotional Gift Coupon is offered for free when you purchase a qualifying product, and will sent to you with your purchase. The Gift Coupon may be in the form of a physical Gift Coupon or Coupon Code number and can be redeemed on-line, by phone or in-person, and may only be used toward the purchase of qualifying merchandise, or other golf related services. Promotional Gift Coupons are not redeemable for cash, and can not be replaced if lost or stolen. A Promotional Gift Coupon cannot be used toward the purchase of a Gift Card. If the merchandise purchased in connection with the promotional gift coupon is returned, the coupon value will also be cancelled, and if the gift coupon has been used, the refund for the returned merchandise will be reduced. Gift Coupons expire 90 days from the date of issue. 

The product I want to order says "add to cart" to see price. What does that mean?

When a product says "add to cart" to see price, this is a rule that manufacturers require when the sales price is discounted or is less than the advertized price. The price displayed in the shopping cart is the actual price that you will pay. Before you confirm and pay for your order, you will be able to review the exact price you will pay. If ou have questions about the price of an item, please contact the store at 1-800-548-5500 from 8am to 8pm pacific time.

Why do you need my e-mail and phone number to make a purchase?

The simple reason is so that if a problem occurs with your order or the shipment is delayed we can contact you. Also, by providing your e-mail, you will be added to our mailing list to receive important product announcements, promotional offers, and other golf news.

If I have different billing and shipping addresses do I need to enter both?

Yes, it is very important that the billing address is the same as on your credit card statement for verification purposes. If this is not done, your order could be delayed as we will need to extra time to verify the billing address. Also, for shipping, please take care to enter the correct address as once the order ships, it is very difficult to change the delivery address if it was entered incorrectly.

I would like to save my shopping cart contents to review later, is that possible?

Yes, after entering all of your item into the shopping cart, select the save button near the bottom of the page.

How can I email my shopping cart contents to someone so they know what to order.

Yes, enter all of your product into the shopping cart and then select the email button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. You can then email the shopping cart contents to anyone. 

The item and/or product I wish to order says it will ship from the manufacturer, why would it say that?

This can occur when a specific item is temporarily out-of-stock in our warehouse, but can be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. In most cases, an extra 1-2 days of order processing is needed, and then we will email you the shipping confirmation from the manufacturer.

How do I order something with a custom shaft, or clubs with special length, lie or grips?

Fiddlers Green has been fitting clubs to customers for years, and we pride ourselves in offering customers with custom club specifications. Due to the 100’s of possible club configurations, we prefer to talk with you directly by phone to explain the custom process, make sure we have your order correct, and to provide you with information about other options you may not be aware of. So call us at (800) 548-5500 to order any custom club not offered on our website.

Do you match prices from other authorized US on-line retailers?

Yes, Fiddlers Green strives to offer the best prices available on-line, so if you find a lower advertized price we will meet or beat their price. Simply call us at (800) 548-5500 and reference the website you found the price, and our customer service representatives will be able to process your order. Please note that e-Bay, Amazon and other non-authorized retailers may not qualify for price match guarantee.
