Do you guarantee the products you sell are new and authentic?
Yes, all of our products come directly from the manufacturers and are guaranteed to be 100% new and authentic. Manufacturers put serial numbers on many products and you can verify these with the manufacturer. Should we sell anything that is not new, such as a demo item, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.
The product I want to order says "add to cart" to see price. What does that mean?
When a product says "add to cart" to see price, this is a rule that manufacturers require when the sales price is discounted or is less than the advertized price. Before you confirm and pay for your order, you will be able to review the exact price you will pay in the final ordering process.
The item I want to order is out of stock, what can I do?
In most cases, an out of stock item is a temporary situation until our next delivery from the manufacturer arrives. Many times these items are available to order directly from the manufacturer, so give us a call at (800) 548-5500 and we can assist you with your order.
I want to be notified when a new product becomes available, how can I do that?
We send e-mail news alerts for many new product introductions and when they will be available to order. Sign-up to our e-mail list to make sure you get the most up-to-date information.
The headcover I received has the wrong number and/or does not match the club I ordered, now what?
Most manufacturers have headcovers with interchangeable numbers. Some types have a tab that can be opened and you can select the correct number. Others have a tab that can be pulled-out or rotated and then the number can be changed.
Are the colors I see on my computer true to the actual colors?
The color you see is an accurate representation of the product. Most images are from the manufacturers themselves to be as detailed as possible. Please note that your computer monitor could have a slightly variation in how the colors are displayed.
If I do not see a product I want to order on-line can I call to order it?

Do you accept trade-in's?
Yes, we can apply the trade-in value of your clubs towards the purchase of another item. Since the trade-in value is best determined by an in-person evaluation, we encourage you to visit our Eugene store so a qualified sales person can assist you.
Do you offer club repairs?
Yes, we can perform many club repairs on-site at our Eugene store. We do recommend calling us at (800) 548-5500 to inquire about the type of repair you want as some repairs may be covered by the manufacturer.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, actually gift cards are one of our most popular gift item as it gives the golfer the ability to choose from any of our great products. Plus gift cards do not expire so they can be used at any time.
