Do you offer free shipping and no sales tax?

Fiddlersgreen.com strives to offer the lowest prices possible to our customers. These Every Day Low Prices preclude us from being able to offer Free Shipping. Most of our customers have found that our Every Day Low Prices plus our Nominal Shipping charges are less than competitors’ full price items and free shipping. Fiddlersgreen.com is located in Oregon, a No Sales Tax State. We do not charge our customers Sales Tax, and pass this savings on to them. Occasionally, manufacturers will require that Fiddlersgreen.com sell a product at a certain price. Often this required price is higher than what Fiddlersgreen.com would like to charge. In these instances, we will offer FREE SHIPPING. This will be indicated on the product page.  

Will my package get here by Christmas?

Beginning Monday November 28th and ending December 24th, there will be no guarantees on shipping transit times.  The Shipping Companies are very overloaded this time of year, and Fiddlers Green cannot offer any guarantee on delivery time. We strive to ship our packages by the next business day for in-stock items. If you have questions, please contact the store at 1-800-548-5500

How much does shipping cost?

When you place your order, any shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the check-out page prior to confirming and paying for your order. If you have questions about shipping costs, please contact Fiddlers Green Customer Service at 1-800-548-5500 from 8am to 8pm Pacific.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders for in-stock merchandise received prior to 12 noon Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after noon, or over the weekend are shipped by the next business day. Special orders or back ordered items may require additional processing time and you will be notified by our customer service of any significant delays. On holidays it will be shipped the next business day.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No, we require a physical street address to make a delivery. 

I need to ship to an APO/FPO address, how long does it take to arrive?

APO/FPO orders require additional paperwork and take extra time to process. Once the order has shipped, the packages are handled by the military postal service and typical delivery times are 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately these orders are also difficult to track, and for that reason we suggest customers ship to a home address and then forwarded to your military address accordingly.

If I’m not home will the package be left at my door?

Yes, provided that the delivery driver feels it is safe to leave the package, it will be at left at your door. Should you want to make sure that your package is hand delivered directly to you, please request signature required when ordering, however please note that may require extra time to complete the delivery.

How can I track the status of my order after it has shipped?

You will be sent an e-mail with the tracking number once your order has shipped. You can login to FedEx.com and enter the tracking number to check the location of your order, and the expected delivery date. In rare cases, Fedex may miss the initial scan of your package and tracking may be delayed.  

I ordered several items but they have not all arrived, how can I check that?

Give us a call at (800) 548-5500, or e-mail us at sales@fiddlersgreen.com. We will research the location of the final package(s) to help you.

The tracking for my order indicates it has been delivered but I have not received it.

After checking all of the usual places the delivery driver could leave your package, call us at (800) 548-5500 and we will help research the problem. In rare cases the package could be mis delivered to the wrong address, or delivered to a neighbor.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Give us a call at (800) 548-5500 so we can determine the best course of action to get you a replacement product. Make sure to keep the packaging and damaged goods in the same condition as when it was delivered should an inspection be necessary.

Fiddlersgreen.com is proud to FedEx as our primary shipping provider. Typical Ground delivery transit times are shown on the map below. Can I ship my items to a freight forwarding company?

Unfortunately, Fiddlersgreen.com will not ship orders to Freight Forwarding Companies.
